Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MyCloudSociety, a SaaS product of Nexstack Software Private Limited.

1. Nature of Service

MyCloudSociety is a digital software service. Once a society account has been activated or onboarding/setup has started, fees paid for the active billing period are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting support at support@mycloudsociety.com. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a duplicate payment or an incorrect excess charge is identified and verified, the eligible excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed onboarding services, setup work already delivered, and charges for an already active billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing.

MyCloudSociety is a product of Nexstack Software Private Limited. MyCloudSociety is a SaaS platform for housing societies. We sell software subscriptions, onboarding, setup, and related software services. We do not hold or manage society funds on behalf of societies. Payments are handled by respective societies or authorized third-party providers.
