MyCloudSociety is owned and operated by Nexstack Software Private Limited.

By accessing or using MyCloudSociety, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MyCloudSociety is a SaaS platform for housing societies, and Nexstack Software Private Limited provides software subscriptions, onboarding, setup, and related software services through the platform.

1. SaaS Service

MyCloudSociety provides software tools to help housing societies manage their operations, including billing, resident records, tenant approvals, notices, and communication. We provide the platform and related software services, but we do not manage the society itself.

2. User Responsibilities

Users (Society Committee Members and Residents) are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of the data entered into the system.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
• Complying with local laws and society regulations while using the platform.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% availability of the software at all times due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

4. Prohibited Use

Misuse of the platform, including unauthorized data extraction, harassment of other users, or any attempt to compromise the security of the system, may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexstack Software Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
