Shipping Policy

MyCloudSociety is a digital Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provided by Nexstack Software Private Limited. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

1. No Physical Shipping

All services offered through MyCloudSociety are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped to customers.

2. Service Activation

After onboarding confirmation and successful payment, account setup and service activation are completed digitally.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard activation is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. If data migration, onboarding assistance, or custom setup is required, activation may take 3 to 7 business days depending on scope and availability of required information.

4. Communication

Customers will receive onboarding and activation communication through email, phone, WhatsApp, or other agreed communication channels.
